We produce a diverse range of plastic products, which includes crates, drums, tanks, bottles and closures supplied by our two plants in Ruwa.
Our quality management system and skills in injection moulding, stretch blow moulding, blow moulding and rotational moulding, as well as the backing from the Nampak group, keeps us at the forefront of packaging technologies.
Not only do we supply numerous leading local brands, we also export to SADC and COMESA countries such as Mozambique, Zambia and Malawi.
Megapak is ISO 14001 accredited and Green Band rated by Coca-Cola, according to our Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.

At Megapak Zimbabwe, we are the country’s largest producer of clear and tinted generic or custom-designed PET bottles, with sizes ranging from 375ml to 2 litre and we manufacture 18g to 54g preforms for the beverage market. We also manufacture rotational blowmoulded water tanks.
Our strong, versatile and reusable injection moulded HDPE crates are available in various colours and can be side printed and embossed. We also manufacture durable HDPE injection moulded bins for industrial use, which are available in a variety of colours.
We offer a wide range of 2 litre to 5 litre HDPE blow moulded bottles, 400ml to 500ml HDPE RTD and maheu bottles and 20 litre to 25 litre blow moulded drums. Our range of HDPE plastic closures includes ratchet, drum, scud, sorghum, tear-strip and t-cap are available in an array of colours.
Our bulk liquid storage range includes 5 litre and 20 litre paint pails, 500 litre to 5000 litre LLDPE storage and transportation containers as well as 250 litre and 500 litre cattle troughs.
