Mr. Heyl is a qualified Chartered Accountant with more than 25 years’ experience in the FMCG sector, of which the last 18 years have been in general or executive management positions within large-scale food and beverages businesses. Mr. Heyl was instrumental in the acquisition of Pioneer Foods by PepsiCo Inc. in 2020 and played a leading role in the integration with this multinational. He was the Chief Executive Officer of PepsiCo South Africa from 2023 to 2025 before joining Nampak.
