Ms Naicker is a highly experienced finance and commercial executive with over 20 years’ experience in senior leadership roles within large listed and multinational FMCG and retail organisations. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has held CFO and Finance Director roles at Unilever, Massmart and PepsiCo South Africa, with extensive experience in business transformation, governance, M&A, turnaround strategies and board engagement. She was the Senior Finance Director Supply Chain of PepsiCo South Africa, as well as Chairperson and board member of various regional subsidiaries, before joining Nampak.
