As an ERS member, Nampak R&D – and as a consequence the whole of Nampak - has access to TNO Triskelion’s Emergency Response Service (ERS, [Status]). ERS provides immediate support in the event of a crisis by drawing on a cluster of international experts in the fields of chemical analysis, microbiology, aroma and taste research, packaging (including migration testing, [Status]), toxicological risk evaluations and legislation.

ERS is on standby 24 hours-a-day, seven days-a-week. When an emergency situation arises, a call to the ERS emergency line enables the client to have access to expert information and knowledge in order to make the correct decisions and execute swift intervention and effective safeguards.

R&D’s membership of ERS bolsters an already impeccable scientific support for the Nampak Group and its clients, and will serve to help enhance its high quality and safety record
